    Yes indeed! No matter the length of stay, we require identity verification and screening before all reservations.

  • How does Comfy Creation Stays market its properties?

    We advertise our properties, here, on our direct booking website. We also market our properties on other third-party short-term rental sites (i.e.: Airbnb, Vacation Rentals By Owner (VRBO)).

  • What do your typical guests look like & how long do they stay usually?

    The typical guests that frequent our properties are your seasoned travelers, “staycation’ers”, and corporate/business professionals. The stays range from one night to six months. The average stay is three nights.

  • Do you have a cleaning crew, on staff, and do they clean regularly?

    YES & YES! After each stay, our professional cleaning team will inspect and clean each unit. If a guest stays for an extended period, we clean the apartment weekly (upon request).

  • Safety is priority #1 regarding my stay! What sort of safety measures do you have in place?

    Firstly, in choosing our property locations we take the safety of the given area/neighborhood into account. Secondly, we invest in specific tools to make our guests feel safe & secure throughout their stay.

    We are physically based in Houston, TX, but also operate in St. Louis, MO.
